Private Activity Bond Committee
This committee allocates to state agencies and local governments the authority to issue bonds for "private activity" purposes. The federal government limits the number of bonds states may issue for such purposes. The PAB allocates to state agencies and local governments a portion of the state private activity bond limit according to state and federal law.
