The State of Oregon has a contract with The Bank of New York Mellon for providing fiscal agent services associated with State of Oregon general obligation bonds.

Note: Note: We suggest that all mailed bonds and coupons be sent registered with a return receipt, and insured at 3% of the face value of the securities. In addition, a Form W-9 is required for ALL redemptions (this includes both bond principal and interest payments).
