The Executive Division coordinates for the Office of the Oregon
State Treasurer policy development, strategic planning, legislative
initiatives, communications, internal auditing functions, human
resource functions, and the publication of all State Treasurer
reports.
In addition to directing all operations of the Office, the State
Treasurer chairs or serves on numerous related boards and commissions,
including the State Land Board, the Oregon Investment Council,
the Oregon College Savings Board, the Oregon Growth Account Board,
the Oregon Short Term Fund Board, the Private Activity Bond Committee,
the State Debt Policy Advisory Commission, the Oregon State Bond
Committee, the Oregon Municipal Debt Advisory Commission, and
the Oregon Innovation Council.
All of the agents described below act under the direction of the State Treasurer.

Deputy State Treasurer Darren Bond and Chief of Staff Stacey Dycus take primary responsibility for developing
and implementing agency policy.

Doug Bovee coordinates business continuity and recovery plan development,
maintenance and testing. He also coordinates agency strategic projects
through the project management office.

Risk and Compliance Officer Curt Hartinger and Chief Audit Executive Andrea Belz coordinate internal financial audits and ensure the security of information technology for the Office of the State Treasurer.

Policy Director Michael Selvaggio manages initiatives through the
legislative process and staffs the State Treasurer on the State Land Board.

Communications Director James Sinks directs communication
with the media and the public for the State Treasurer and
coordinates the production of communications materials.

Director of Executive Services Josh Balloch manages the State
Treasurer's Capitol office.

Human Resources Manager Kristin Stewart manages personnel
services for the State Treasurer's Office.
